Terms of service

The service

LoadMyAI lets you store AI assistants and business context and use them in AI apps you choose. By creating an account or using LoadMyAI, you agree to these terms.

Beta

LoadMyAI is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own exports of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure. Anyone who can open your sign-in emails can sign in as you.
You're responsible for what happens in your account, including the AI apps you approve and the people you invite.

Your content

You own what you put into LoadMyAI. We don't claim any rights to it.
You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI apps you connect.
Only import content you have the right to use. Don't import someone else's assistant or files without their permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use LoadMyAI to:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
upload malware, or try to get around security or rate limits;
access other people's data or accounts without permission;
overload or disrupt the service.

AI apps and other providers

LoadMyAI doesn't run the AI. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other apps you connect are provided by other companies under their own terms, and they decide how to use what LoadMyAI sends them. We aren't responsible for what an AI app produces. LoadMyAI isn't affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.

Sharing

When you share a workspace or assistant, the people you invite can read its instructions and documents, and so can their AI apps. You can remove their access at any time, but you can't take back what they've already seen.

Fees

There's no charge during the beta. Paid plans will be announced before public launch, and we won't charge you without your agreement.

Ending your use

You can stop using LoadMyAI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll give you a chance to export your content where we reasonably can.

No warranty and limited liability

LoadMyAI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. The governing law and venue will be stated in the final version.
