Who we are

LoadMyAI is an online service, run by an independent maker, for storing your AI assistants and business context and using them in AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. This policy explains what we store and what we do with it.

What we store

• Account details: your email address and the display name you choose.
• Your content: workspaces, assistants, instructions, documents, skills, task prompts, the files you upload and the text extracted from them, with their version history.
• Import records: the structure of each import and its report. We don't keep a second copy of your files there.
• Sharing: the email addresses you invite, their roles and access.
• AI app connections: which apps you connected, when they were last used, and revocations.
• Activity: a record of changes (who changed what and when, by id) so you can see your workspace's history.
• Technical data: IP addresses and request counts used for rate limiting and security, and the standard request logs of our hosting providers.
• AI Builder: if you use it, your conversations with the Builder and the changes it proposes.

How we use it

• To run the service: store your content, show it to you and the people you share with, and serve it to the AI apps you connect.
• To send sign-in links and invitation emails.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your data. We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't show ads, and there are no analytics or tracking tools on LoadMyAI today. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy first.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting the website and app.
• SendGrid: delivering sign-in and invitation emails.
• Anthropic: only if you use the AI Builder. Your Builder messages and the relevant assistant content are sent to Anthropic's API to draft suggestions.

AI apps you connect

When you connect an AI app, or paste a copied prompt into one, your assistant's published content goes to that app's provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). Their privacy policy and terms then cover how they handle it. You can revoke a connection at any time in Settings.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account is active. Deleting a workspace deletes its assistants, documents and files. To delete your whole account, contact us and we'll delete it along with your content.

Your choices

• Download any assistant as a ZIP at any time.
• Correct or delete your content in the app.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll tell signed-in users.
